Let’s go back to the Y2K’s😍 I was so excited when I got the email from Forever 21 announcing their Forever x Juicy Couture collection! Not only has Forever 21 been a huge part of my blog for outfits, but Juicy Couture was a huge part of my teens and early 20’s too! This creates a beautiful collab!
I was excited to pick up a few things, especially this yellow set. Unfortunately, most of their pieces are sold out now. And it didn’t take long. Because of this Y2K trend coming back, it was expected to be highly sought after. They do have a lot of Plus Size pieces still available though, including this yellow set! What’s funny is that I never stopped wearing Juicy though, because I don’t like to follow trends. if I still like it, I will wear it! I still have several Juicy zip up hoodies I wear!
This yellow terry cloth cropped halter and matching shorts with ‘Juicy’ on the back is probably my favorite set from the collection! Not only is it extremely flattering, but I felt like a beach goddess in it! It was so fun to wear around LA, I took pics here in front of the famous Paul Smith Pink wall for a night shoot. (nobody around at 10pm!)
These came out so cute to show the outfit, and definitely one of my favorite sets of all time!
Not only was the fit flattering, but very comfy, like wearing PJ’s! I got a size XS in the bottoms, and wanted an XS in the top but it was sold out, so I had to get a S. An XS would have fit me better but I still made the S work.
We also went to the Venice Canals at sunset, and got some cute shots on the canal bridge and such.
I also love the pink accents I wore with this yellow set, like the pink Crocs and pink sweetheart earrings by Brivee Boutique!
Of course, we needed that late night snack after taking pics, so we headed to the cupcake ATM at Sprinkles Cupcakes in Beverly Hills 😍. Got that Banana Split cupcake (which I think was limited), but they had other good flavors available too!
Overall, I’m LOVING the Forever Juicy collection. I seriously placed multiple orders once I got the first order because I loved the fit and quality of everything. I did a shoot at the beach with another Forever Juicy piece, so stick around for Part 2 coming soon!
