I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day weekend! Whether you are a mom, fur mom, adoptive mom, foster mom, or father and mother, just know you are appreciated for being the best parent!
My sister and I decided to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day at a vineyard in Saratoga, CA. We had a table overlooking the gorgeous views of Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz mountains reserved over a month ago to place our spot for the Mother’s Day picnic the vineyard was having.
My sister and I decided to dress like twins in our blue button down dresses, pink hair bows, brown chunky sandals, and our LV pochettes. We thought it would be a cute addition to surprise our mom with when she came and saw us by surprise, haha.
We arrived around 11am, parked, and was sent a personal cart to drive us up the hill through the vineyard into the patio tasting area. We had the front and center table overlooking the gorgeous view, such an amazing spot.
We set up our table full of Mother’s Day flowers, gifts, and decorations. I love how the vineyard had a menu and water ready with our name card as well.
How cute is our setup? Best daughters award goes to us for that, haha!
DB helped us with the surprise by telling my mom he hadn’t heard from us and he would just take her to lunch for Mother’s Day. Shortly after we were finished setting up, we saw my mom and DB arrive in the cart and when they began walking our way my mom saw us and was very surprised!
She had no idea where she was going or why she was here until she saw us, haha. She was so happy and it was a great feeling to surprise her and give her the best day!
We ordered some wine and they also brought out the food! It was absolutely delicious! The bread, salad, and vegetables were some of my favorite.
After lunch we had my mom open her gifts and of course we took photos. Look how happy my mom was!
I really enjoyed the vineyard, it was such a nice day to chill and spend time with my mom. She also loved it so much.
I also got some amazing photos here. The vineyard is way up in the Saratoga hills, so the views are just to die for! I couldn’t imagine living in one of these houses in the hills! 😍
After a few hours and a couple bottles of wine, we decided to head out. I don’t think my mom wanted to leave, she loved it so much. She said we did good. 👍🏼 Mission accomplished, haha!
It was definitely beautiful up here and I’ll totally be back! What a fun and successful Mother’s Day surprise! 😀
